Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS Priority or Priority Express Mail with tracking and insurance. Free shipping is available for orders over $250. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds for items with personal customizations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a piece breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 14 days of delivery, we will repair it free of charge. After 14 days, repairs may be available for a fee, depending on the extent of the damage and materials required. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents—including dropping or exposure to chemicals—is not covered under free repairs.
