Exposure to high humidity, sunlight, and substances such as salt water can accelerate this process. To help protect your jewelry, each piece comes with an anti-tarnish bag and a soft polishing cloth. Store your jewelry in the bag when not in use, and gently polish with the cloth as needed to maintain its original finish.

For pieces with stones or intricate settings, extra care is recommended. Avoid excessive force, as impacts can loosen settings or damage delicate stones. While soldered joins are strong, repeated stress or bending may weaken them over time. Always remove jewelry before activities that could strain the metal or cause abrasion, and avoid prolonged contact with water or chemicals to ensure long-term durability.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS Priority or Priority Express Mail with tracking and insurance. Free shipping is available for orders over $250. Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for your package. Delivery times may vary, and delays can occasionally occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds for items with personal customizations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a piece breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 14 days of delivery, we will repair it free of charge. After 14 days, repairs may be available for a fee, depending on the extent of the damage and materials required. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents—including dropping or exposure to chemicals—is not covered under free repairs.
