At the heart of this sculptural, free-cast sterling silver composition hangs a 0.965ct green tourmaline from the renowned Cruzeiro Mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The stone is held in a handcrafted six-prong setting and is suspended along the right side of the organically formed silver structure. The form itself is created by pouring molten metal through the negative spaces of spaghetti, which anchors the work with the tourmaline’s vivid brilliance.

Each casting produces a singular form. From a large series of experimental pours, one piece was meticulously selected for its spatial balance, vertical movement, and natural architectural character. This chosen form becomes the framework of the pendant and retains its raw and unrepeatable texture.

Two 2.5mm round-cut white topaz gemstones accent the silver. One is set within the cast form and the other is suspended at its lowest point. Together, they extend the composition downward and introduce quiet moments of light and geometric structure that contrast with the raw, organic surface of the metal.
